dc.description.abstract | Fragmented QRS is a predictor of arrhythmic events and SCD in HF patients.in the present study, we aimed to study the association between pre and post CRT_D implantation FQRS , and ventricular arrhythmic events. Methods: in this cross-sectional study, 129 patients with the history of HF , who undergone CRT_D implantation , were included.then , based on the pre-designed checklist, the initial demographic and clinical information of the patients were recorded from patients files. The first time for patients study was at least 6 months after CRT_D implantation. Then ,Basic, intrinsic and bivp ECGs were studied and patients were divided into 2 groups , with or without FQRS for each ECG. (Base, intrinsic, bivp) Results: the mean age of patients was 60.77±10.45, 58.1% were Male,15% of patients had at least one arrhythmic event during 6 months after CRT_D implantation. This percent among FQRS group in * basic ECG was 37.2% *intrinsic ECG was 43.3% *Bivp ECG was 41.7%. The specificity of FQRS for predicting cardiac events in basic ECG was 95.4% , intrinsic ECG was 92.9% , bivp was 87.1%. | en_US |
