Involvement of multiple factors in the tumor microenvironment in cancer growth and development has made monotherapy not an effective treatment option. Therefore, targeting several factors in the tumor microenvironment seems necessary and efficient. Among the factors influencing the growth and spread of cancer, CD73 and STAT3 play a very important role in cancer progression. As a result, in this study, we decided to suppress the expression of these two factors in cancer cells. Materials and Methods: In this study, we used pegylated and hyaluronate-coated nanoparticles of trimethyl chitosan for targeted siRNA transfer specific for CD73 and STAT3 axis suppression. After review and evaluation Results: The produced nanoparticles with suitable physicochemical properties were able to significantly suppress the expression of CD73 and STAT3 fats. Also, suppression of expression of these factors was associated with decreased expression of factors affecting reproduction, survival, angiogenesis and metastasis.en_US
