Genetic changes play an important role in the development of breast cancer. In addition to changes in the level of DNA, changes in the expression level of genes are also important in cancer progression. It is understood that the intercommunication between cancer cells and their microenvironment is essential to tumor angiogenesis. Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that are important mediators of intercellular communication and play a role in promoting angiogenesis. However, very little is known about the contribution of breast cancer exosomes to tumorogenesis or whether exosomes can mediate docetaxel cancerous action. Methods: HUVEC cell line was cultured in complete RPMI-1640. Cells were treated for 24 hours with DTX, CoCl2, DTX and CoCl2. Cells were harvested, and RNA extraction and cDNA synthesis were performed from cells and exosomes using standard methods. Expression levels of EndMT genes were analyzed using quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). Results: We observed a decrease in the expression of endothelial markers gene after treatment with BT-474 derived exosomes in normoxic and hypoxic condition. And also the expression of mesanchymal markers were increased by MDA-MB-231-derived exosomes in treated cells.en_US
