Lymphoma is a group of malignant diseases of the lymph nodes (lymphocytes). The prevalence of this prevalent tumor in the United States, Europe, and Asia has been particularly highlighted in recent years. Accordingly, due to the importance of this issue, the aim of this evaluation was to investigate the morphological-clinical and immunofenotyping of large cell lymphoma during 2011-2011 in the pathology department of Tabriz's Imam Reza Center. Method: In this study, information in patients with large cell lymphoma from 1390 to 1395 in a pathology department of Imam Reza Hospital in Tabriz city was collected by a questionnaire. The microscopic slides of patients were re-examined and classified. All cases of sample size estimation, descriptive analysis, and observational analysis were done using SPSS software. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods (mean and standard deviation and frequency), and were analyzed using SPSS 16 software. Results: The mean and standard deviation of patients' age was 48.8 ± 17.9 years. In gender, 26 patients (54.2%) were male and 22 (45.8%) were female. The most common site of involvement in this group was lymph nodes, which was observed in 23 patients (47.9%). Also, 22 (45.8%) patients had nodal involvement and 26 patients (54.2%) had non nodal involvement. Mean and standard deviation of Ki 67 in patients was 73.02 ± 11.65. Also, the rate of each of the positive parameters including PAM 5, CD 10, CD 30, Mum 1, Bcl 6 and CD 20 respectively were 48 (100%), 22 (45.8%), 2 (4.2%), 24 (50%), 38 (79.2%), 48 (100%) and 48 (100%) and negative parameter including CD5 was 48(100 %).en_US
