The main aim of the primary psychiatric interview is to obtain information that supports evidence-based diagnosis. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to design and validate screening questionnaire for common mental health disorders in primary health care system.
Materials and Methods: To determine the validity of the completed questionnaire, the questionnaires were sent to 10 relevant experts. After collecting their comments, a questionnaire was prepared. Also, to determine the accuracy and reliability of the relevant screening questionnaires, 30 questionnaires They were filled by 30 patients with proven disease and again, another week, the same questionnaire was answered by the same people, and the same cases and the opposite were recorded.
Results: Of the total sample, 45.2% were single and 54.8% are married. The average age is 37.48, the lowest is 23 and the highest is equal to 76 years. Content validity has been reported by all 12 specialists above 89%. The content validity of the questionnaire (CVI = 0.91) was obtained. Out of 21 questionnaires, 7 factors were extracted and their special value was greater than 1. These seven factors account for 62.67% of total variance. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.83.
