Cerebrovascular disease is the third leading cause of death after heart disease and cancer in the United States. It is also the most common neurological disorder that causes disease and death. Our study aimed to evaluate whether the location of acute myocardial infarction can predict trimester HRQOL in patients with MIS. Methods: In this study, which is an observational cross-sectional study, patients who were referred to the emergency department of Imam Reza (AS) Hospital with ischemic stroke during 2019 and (1) had an NIHSS below 3 (2) received thrombolytic treatment. (3) were able to walk without assistance before the onset of stroke. (4) did not have a stroke during the past 3 months. Patients who have had a stroke rejection, or who have had an increase (numerically) during NIHSS hospitalization, or who have died, or who have not been referred for three months or who have not been available, are excluded from the study. Then the data are entered into SPSS 20.0 statistical software and a descriptive statistical method will be used for in-group analysis and regression logistics will be used to investigate the relationship between stroke location and HRQOL number. The significance level is below 0.05 Results: A total of 251 people were included in the study, of which 57.4% were male and 42.6% were female. The minimum age of participants was 19 years and the maximum age was 92 years. During the study conducted in this study to investigate the relationship between risk factors and the place of stroke, it was observed that there is no significant relationship between age and place of stroke. There is no significant relationship between sex and the place of stroke. The significant relationship between cigarette and place of stroke There was no significant relationship between hypertension and stroke site. There was no significant relationship between diabetes and stroke siteen_US
