Purpose: This study evaluated the effect of dual and multi-task and carrying weight on the static and dynamic balance in elderly. Methods: This semi-experimental study was conducted on 42 elderly people in Tabriz. Collected data from demographic and TUG and Stabilometer were analyzed by SPSS software. Result: In this same sample of 21 women and 21 men, 28.6% were between 65-60 years old and 50.0% were 65-75 years old and 21.4% were 85-75 years old. The results showed that cognitive activity increased the score of dynamic balance deviation but had no effect on static balance. Carrying weights also increased both dynamic and static imbalances. Carrying and cognitive activity together also increased the imbalance. Conclusion: In this study we also measured different weights and cognitive and physical activity together, we compared weights in different weights, cognitive and physical activity, which showed that the elderly had less balance in performing two tasks at the same time, and this disorder increased in balance by performing several tasks. It was found that doing more task whit walking can impair balance. As a result, it affects the quality of life and increases the risk of falling.
