Results: The total score of nurses' quality of work life was 2.31. All daimension of quality of life scored lower than average. The mean overall score of nurses' productivity was 3.92. Except for the availability, all dimensions of productivity had a high score. There was no significant correlation between the total score of quality of work life and the total score of nurses' productivity. Conclusion: Although the quality of work life of nurses in the studied hospitals is low, they have a relatively high level of productivity.
