dc.description.abstractThe finger is the trigger of the disease due to the narrowing of the tenosynoviums of the fingers, thus causing painful movements of the fingers while bending and straightening the fingers. This is more common in women's society, especially in people in their 6s and 7s. Methods: In the present study, trigger finger patients were anesthetized after being divided into two groups by two methods of injection in the metacarpal head into the tendon sheet and injection in the first web dorsal and the results in time intervals of one, 3 and 6 weeks. After the injection, it was questioned and evaluated for pain. Results: In the study, pain intensity immediately after injection and after one week and after three weeks and after six weeks and after one year was significantly higher in the injection performed in the dorsal area of the first web compared to the volar area of the first web.
