Healthcare-related infections are very common in the ICU. The aim of this study is to evaluation of Antibiotic resistance pattern of isolated bacteria from urine, blood and respiratory tract secretions in patients admitted to pulmonary ICU ward of Imam Reza Hospital, Tabriz, March 2018- March 2019. Materials and Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study and the target population included all patients who were admitted to pulmonary ICU ward of Imam Reza Hospital of Tabriz in 2018. The sample size was census of all available files in 2018. For clinical diagnose the patient's response to antibiotic treatment, the frequency of microorganisms isolated from samples obtained from culture medium of blood, urine and respiratory secretions, as well as its sensitivity to antibiotics by disk diffusion method were investigated. Results: In this study, the mean (standard deviation) age of the subjects was 45.22 (±21.1) years. The most of microbial culture medium in the subjects of this study was urine with 100 cases (51.0%), blood with 80 cases (40.8%) and sputum with 16 cases (8.2%), respectively. In all of the smear test was performed on the subjects, the results were negative. The most prevalence of bacteria in these subjects was related to E.coli, Staphylococcus Epidermidis and Klebsiella Pneumoniae with 84 cases (42.9%), 28 cases (14.3%) and 28 cases (14.3%), respectively. Finally, in the studied subjects, 192 cases (98.0%) were cured and discharged, but 4 cases (0.2%) of them died. In the studied subjects based on antibiogram test, the highest antibiotic susceptibility was related to Colistin, Amikacin and Imipenem with 140 cases (71.4%), 120 cases (61.2%) and 84 cases (42.9%), respectively.en_US
