Accessment of venouse impedance index and its relation with renal outcomes in patients with heart failure and renal dysfunction
Abstract
In this study, we intend to examine the relationship between renal vein Doppler ultrasound and venous impedance index and its relationship with the type 2 cardiovascular syndrome proposal in the law of heart failure.
Materials and Methods:
All patients with chronic heart disease and acute renal failure who have proper forward function and most of them have passive congestion with the informed consent and after receiving permission from the ethics committee and research deputy who due to kidney failure by a nephrologist in Imam Reza Hospital They were visited in Tabriz and were introduced to the radiologist within 6 months after receiving the code of ethics and in coordination with the renal status and Doppler ultrasound, based on the indication, in order to calculate the venouse imprdance index along with the necessary measurements.
Results:
In this study, 49 patients were evaluated with the aim of venouse impedance index and its relationship with the outcome of patients with heart failure and decreased renal function. In this study, 42.9% of patients were female and 57.1% were male. Mean age of patients was 61.83±12.39 The mean duration of heart failure was 33.16 ± 23.86 months and the mean duration of renal failure was 11.76. ± 11.92.
