dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Influenza is one of the most common infectious diseases that has infected millions of people and has invaded almost the entire world. Assessment public knowledge and attitudes is very important in order to target training programs and prevent the transmission and spreading of the disease because it has a great effect on people's health behaviors and helpful in controlling the disease. Objective: To study the knowledge, attitude and practice of general practitioners in Tabriz health centers regarding the prescription of seasonal flu vaccine over 2019-2020. Methods: The content validity of questions were Toevaluated.To determine the validity ratio index for each question, the method of Lawshe was used.The content validity index obtained 0.75. Cronbach's alpha test method was used to determine the Inreliability.In this study, the Cronbach's alpha of the KAP Scale was obtained P values of = 0.946, 0.963 and 0.920, respectively. A standard questionnaire was prepared according to KAP standards. Finally, after data collection, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistical tests in SPSS. For analytical purposes, the mean KAP were calculated based on independent t-test, for the relationship between KAP and demographic information from Spearman test and to evaluate the determinants of KAP from Multivariate regression analysis was used. Results: In general, the subjects were in good to excellent condition and the knowledge attitude and practice of general practitioners working in health centers about the administration of influenza vaccine is approved, but in some special cases require further training which is mentioned separately in the main text of the conclusion. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between attitudes and practices of general practitioners in terms of influenza vaccine. The results showed that the subjects had excellent status in all fields related to epidemiology, virology, diagnosis, clinical signs, prevention and treatment.en_US
