Due to the high prevalence of ischemic stroke and stressful occupations in previous studies, there are many deficiencies associated with hemorrhagic stroke due to the high prevalence of stroke in our country and our province and the lack of studies related to stroke. And Occupational Stress in Our Area In this study, we sought to find out whether or not there is a relationship between occupational stress and stroke as well as the type of stroke. Methods: This study is a descriptive-analytical study that was performed in Imam Reza Hospital Research Research Center from January 1, 2019 to July 1, 2019. Then, demographic data of patients, including age, sex, work experience, type of occupation and whether or not the patient has a night shift job and the type of stroke are recorded. Results: In this study, 301 subjects were enrolled who did not follow the normal distribution. Their mean age (65.18±68.67, 95% CI) was 66.93 ± 15.41 years. Of these patients, 148 (49.2%) were male and 153 (50.8%) were female. 5 (1.7%) had night shift jobs and 296 had no shifts. Twenty-two (7%) had difficulty working according to the definition of the Department of Labor and Social Welfare and the World Health Organization, and 280 (93%) were not working hard. Most of the patients were housewives or employees. Most patients (275 patients) had ischemic stroke. There was no significant relationship between data, only gender and type of occupation (Spearman correlation coefficient = 0.675).
