dc.description.abstractAbstract: Introduction: Exposing bad news is an emotional issue for health and medical personnel and patients. A general view of a positive or negative experience of bad news can be effective in the subsequent adaptation and adaptation of the patient. Medical staff, patients and patients' companions are always exposed to news, the conditions and conditions that they call "bad news" "And" unpleasant conditions. " The aim of this study was to assess the perception and attitude of nurses of children and infants in giving bad news to the parents of children hospitalized in Tabriz hospitals in 1396. Method: This research is a survey. With survey research, the description, prediction and analysis of the relationship between variables are discussed and according to the time of data collection, this type of cross-sectional research is. In this study, a questionnaire was used for gathering data among nurses in 4 children's hospitals, Taleghani, 29 Bahman and Alzahra. Results: The data analysis was extracted from the topic of "assigning a doctor, applying for a relative, using social workers, preparing the field, lacking or lack of proper training, and lack of instructions for the news in a quiet and quiet room. Contributors did not know the bad news as part of their responsibilities and duties, so they tried to give the physician all that is in this area.
