Child malignancies in today's society are one of the causes of increased mortality in them. Hodgkin's lymphoma is one of the most common childhood cancers. Given that early detection of Hodgkin's lymphoma, as well as determining the prevalence of the disease based on age distribution, disease stage and response to treatment, is very helpful in a successful treatment plan for Hodgkin's lymphoma, but accurate statistics and information about this disease in different parts of the country Not available. Therefore, we aimed to study the clinical and pathological findings, plus the disease outcome in children with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 67 children with Hodgkin's lymphoma, who referred to Tabriz Children's Medical Center during the years of 2003-2020. Data related to demographic characteristics, disease subgroup and disease stage at diagnosis time, primary focus of disease at diagnosis time, disease outcome, response to treatment and patient's clinical symptoms were extracted from children's hospital records and statistically analyzed Results: In this study, the mean age of children was 8.8±1.3 years old; also, (71.6%) 48 were boys and (28.4%) 19 were girls. The most common types of Hodgkin's lymphoma in children were Nodular Sclerosing (52.3%) and Mixed Cellularity (36.9%). Stage II (56.9%) was the most common stage of the disease at diagnosis time. Neck lymph nodes were the most common primary focus of the disease at diagnosis time. The most common clinical symptoms in children were neck lymphadenopathy (53.7%) and fever (32.8%). The response rate to treatment in children was 88% and the rate of hospital discharge was 89.6%.en_US
