dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to evaluate the endoscopic and pathological findings in children with abdominal pain complaints. During the procedure, endoscopist performs fast urease test and biopsy was taken as well. Materials and Methods: The files of the last 10 years were extracted from the archive, and after adjusting the data collection form, variables such as age, gender, accompanying symptoms, endoscopic findings, and pathological findings were extracted and recorded. In the next step, the extracted information was statistically analyzed Findings: The most common esophageal endoscopic findings include erythema irregular z line, furrowing view, trachealization view and esophageal erosion. The most common Stomach endoscopic findings include erythema, nodularity, hiatal hernia and erosion. The most common Endoscopic findings of duodenum include erythema, nodularity, biliary reflux and ulcer The most common esophageal pathology findings including esophagitis and barrett esophagus. The most common Stomach histopathology findings include chronic gastritis and acute gastritis. The most common Histodopathological findings of duodenum including acute duodenitis and chronic duodenitis. 50.6 % were Negative for H. pylori and 49.4% were positiveen_US
