Results: The results of research, by using descriptive and deductive statistic in 39 diagrams and 123 tables, have been represented that showing the sexual function parameters of (libido, orgasm, and frequency of intercourse, erection, and erection retaining and ejaculation volume) in most of researched units decreased or vanished and most units had been afflicted with testicular atrophy. Meanwhile, there was not NPT in most of them. The hormones rate of LH, FSH, PTH and prolactin had increased in most of researched units that this increment is meaningful with P<0.05 (exception of FSH). And testosterone hormone rate reduced in most of researched units that this reduction is also meaningful with p<0.05. Between sexual function parameters with variables: Simultaneous chronic disease, chronic disease precedent, smoking precedent, antihypertensive drug using, the frequency of dialysis in a week, NPT, testicular atrophy and alteration of researched hormone rate, meaningful relationship was observed with P<0.05. In terms of psycho –social problems, most of the researched units had lost their self- confidence and tranquility and the father and husband role and body image in most of them had changed.
