These information collected by check list of Daily observation. The responsible nurse collected information at hospital and home visit. Collected information is analyzed by distribution pure and percentage frequency, mean, standard deviation, x^2 test, t test, repeated- measures analysis. Result: The results of this study demonstrated that between two groups there is no difference regarding reduced bilirubin. Treatment complaints in home phototherapy were reduced in comparison with hospital phototherapy. The difference was significant. In addition the cost of therapy in home was more reduced than in comparison with hospital, but duration of phototherapy in experimental group was longer than from control group.
