dc.description.abstract: Ducosa hexanoic acid (DHA) is a long chain unsaturated omega-3 Oleic acid. And it is a major component of fish oil that has Useful health effects, including anti cancer activity. The anti cancer effects of DHA have been illustrated both in vivo and in vitro. One of the escape mechanisms of cancer cells, including breast cancer cells, is the Safety system as well as angiogenic tumor progression. Although the anti cancer Performance of DHA is clear, the precise molecular mechanisms of these effects are unclear, and the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of this Oleic acid with LA, Which is an omega-6 Oleic acid, affects the expression of angiogenic factors. Materials and Methods: MDA-MB-231 cell line was cultured in complete medium and after cells reached logarithmic phase, untreated, DHA-treated, LA-treated and DHA-LA treated groups were considered. After 24 h, RNA was extracted and cDNA synthesized. The level of miRNA expression was measured by qRT-PCR. Results: In the present study, treatment of the desired cells with taxol, DHA and LA increased the expression of mir-30. While the combination of these three factors reduces its expression, The same compounds also reduce the expression of mir-194 and increase the expression of mir-20 and mir-106b. In the case of mir-126, the combination of taxol and DHA reduced gene expression by approximately 200-times.en_US
