Thus, we decided to study the evaluation of high dose methotrexate hepatotoxic effects 10 years after treatment of malignancy in children.
Methods: In this Cross‐sectional Study, the liver side effects of Methotrexate with a high dose in 30 patients affected by hematologic malignancies (ALL, NHL) , hospitalizing in Tabriz children hospital, were being studied between 2008-2010. The level of aminotransferases, the liver function tests, liver and bile duct sonography and Color doppler sonography of portal system were done in all the patients. The diagnosing methods of produced data, and the patients demographic information were collected in a questionnaire. And, at last, The data after categorization entered to SPSS software, and appropriate statistical analysis was done.
