Background and aims: Long-time standing activities have high percentage musculoskeletal disorders. "Long-time standing" is a condition in which the operator maintains its physical state in more than %50 of the total shift in standing position. musculoskeletal disease prevalence, associated with work, improving force distribution, comfort The study examines insole effect on kinematic changes and comfort of men's of foot in static posture. Methods: The current study was conducted 24 healthy men among between 18-55 years old, voluntarily performed. In this study the effect of insole type on changes parameters kinematic in three groups (non insole, ordinary insole and gel soft (silicone) insole) with the use of FDM system. The Borg RPE 6-20 was used to assess the comfort feeling. Collected data was analyzed by SPSS (16) and Minitab (7) software. Results: First, the data Normality test was done. Velocity of central pressure in the plantar of feet along X and Y axes, the average percent of force in the right and left foot was significant difference with used types insole (non insole, ordinary insole and gel soft (silicone) insole). Comfort feeling was significant difference with used types insole in repetition test (9 times) Conclusion: The gel soft insole was maximum distance passed by central pressure, minimum velocity in the anterior and posterior direction, greatest comfortable feeling. Therefore it could be concluded that an appropriate insole usage could contribute to proportional force distribution in feeten_US
