The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the total number of pregnancies and terminated pregnancies with pituitary size in women of reproductive age. Materials and Methods This research was conducted as a descriptive-analytical study. Considering the criteria for entering and leaving the study, 208 women of childbearing age will be randomly enrolled after a description of the purpose of the study and its implementation. The pregnancy history of the subjects (Gravid, Para, Alive, Abort), the history of using contraceptives, history of breastfeeding patients and underlying illnesses (if any) will be collected. Results The reduction of the anterior posterior size of the pituitary, reduction of the pituitary cephalic caudal size, reduction of pituitary width and reduced pituitary volume significantly were associated with an increase in pregnancy. (0.01: P-Value, 0.000: P-Value, 0.000: P-Value, 0.000: P-Value). Reduction of the Pituitary anterior posterior dimensions, reduction of the pituitary transverse size, and reduction of the pituitary volume were significantly correlated with age. (P-value 0.000: P-Value, 0.009: P-Value, 0.000: P-Value). Thereduction of the anterior posterior dimensions of the pituitary, reduction of the pituitary cephalic caudal, pituitary transverse size, and pituitary volume were significantly correlated with increasing lactation duration. (0.001: P-Value, 0.000: P-Value, 0.021: P-Value, 0.000: P-Value). On the other hand, cephalic caudal size and pituitary volume were significantly correlated with the increase in OCP duration. (P-value 0.01: P-Value, 0.000: P-Value, 0.000: P-Value; 0.000: P-Value).en_US
