The MTT test results showed that the cytotoxic effects of nano-encapsulated Hydroxytyrosol and combination form was more than pure form. RT-PCR Results show that in three treated groups of nanocapsulated drugs the level of hTERT, CREB1 and CREB2 genes expression in the HT-29 cell line has been relatively reduced compared to the pure one. Conclusion: MTT assay results showed that HT NP and DOX @ HT NP compounds has more cytotoxic effects than nano capsulated DOX. The expression levels of hTERT and CREB genes are significantly reduced in treated with DOX @ HT loaded nanoparticles compared to other treatment groups in HT-29 cancer cells. These results confirm the effective and better release of our nanoparticles and the combination therapy developed in this study can be used effectively for HT-29 cancer cellsen_US
