dc.description.abstractReal-Time PCR results revealed the increased expression level miR-17, miR21, miR-143 and decreased level expression of miR-223 in polycystic kidney patients compared to control groups. As well as the amount of urea, uric acid and creatinine level were reported in normal range in the patients.en_US
