Results are suggesting that pure curcumin and curcumin loaded NIAAm-MAA nanoparticles inhibit telomerase and increase pinX1 gene expression in Calu-6 cell line. According to Critical role of telomerase in cancer cells development and important role of nanoparticles in drug delivery , drug -loaded nanoparticles can be used as a suitable method to treat cancer in future. thus , curcumin- loaded NIPAAm-MAA nanoparticles could be zn excellent candidate for future of lung cancer treatment.en_US
