dc.description.abstract | Levels of ALT(5.4 fold, p= 0/000), AST(4.9 fold, p= 0/000) and ALP(2.1 fold, p= 0/000) in the serum of rats with APAP-induced liver injury were significantly increased and returned to control group levels by day 6. The APAP-induced decrease in albumin was significantly improved in all rats with cell therapy when compared with that in the APAP-alone treated rats. SRY PCR analysis showed presence of transplanted cells in the liver of transplanted rats. | en_US |
