dc.description.abstractTo determine CXL effect on retinal structure and function with objective methods by Opto-Vue optical coherence tomography (OCT) and multifocal electroretinography (mERG) before and after the procedure. Method : The current study was conducted on 42 eyes of 21 patients with KCN who were the candidates for CXL due to the disease progression in Nikookari eye hospital, Tabriz, Iran. The Opto-Vue OCT from macula and mERG were performed on all patients prior to surgery and at 1- and 6- month follow up. Structural and functional parameters of macula including retinal thickness in OCT, and amplitude and latency of mERG was compared between eyes underwent surgery and control fellow eyes during study period.en_US
