Introduction: Candidiasis is one of the common oral infection that mostly responds to drug treatment less. In recent years, evidences have been reported providing microbial resistance against antifungal drugs. Based on previous studies, antimicrobial and antifungal activities of the herbal mouthwashes have been proven on some fungal species of candida in the laboratory, in this research, the impact of the Persica, V-One and Matrica mouthwashes on the candida has been examined in the laboratory environment. Aim: Evalution of antimicrobial susceptibility testing of microorganisms involved in dental disease, stomatitis against commonly used antiseptics. Method: The microbial calture samples were drawn with steril swap from the patients with denture stomatitis referring to the dentistry clinic in time interval of October 2016 to October 2017.The samples were transferred to sterile TSB culture. The mix culture was passed to the exclusive agar candida including chloramphenicol and the grown colonies were examined in terms of phenotype. The obtained isolates grewn in the TSB and the standard inoculum was carried out for sensitivity test with the consumed common antiseptic MIC determination (herbal mouthwashes of Matrica , V-One and persica) with macro-dilution technique. The results were compared with standard guidelines and article and the statistical analysis was done with appropriate software. findings: The results of the freedman test showed that there was a significant differenc in the mouthwashes MIC. Inpaired comparison of the mouthwashes, the results showed that there was no significant differencr in MIC level between Matrica and Persica mouthwash and the MIC level of the V-One mouthwash showed a significant difference with Matrica and Persica mouthwashes. results: All three mouthwashes indicate antifungal inhibitory effect.so that V-One has a stronger activity compared with two other mouthwashes and Persica mouthwash exhibits higher activity than Matrica mouthwash.en_US
