Tuberculosis, Tuberculosis, is still considered one of the major health-care problems in our country. About 2 billion people around the world have been infected with TB as well, according to the World Health Organization (WHO) estimates, and an annual population of 10 to 20 million TB patients is increasing. Materials and Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, after the purpose of the study and its implementation to the patients or their families, 91 patients who were suspected of salivary meningitis, aspetic meningitis, Bacterial meningitis, and neuroblastinosis. They were admitted to Imam Reza and Sina Hospital from Tabriz University of Medical Sciences from May 1, 2015 to May 1, 2018. When performing LP, 2 cc of CSF fluid was taken to measure the level of CSF fluid ADA for conduction of a cerebrospinal fluid test. The level of ADA liquid CSF was measured using kinetic spectrophotometry. Results:88 patients with meningitis were studied in three groups of TB, Bacterial and Viral groups. In this study, the highest ADA values in patients with TB meningitis (25.57 ± 19.63 IU/L) and the lowest ADA values in neuro-brucellosis meningitis (2.50 ± 0.57 IU/L) Became Also, ADA level in bacterial meningitis was 8.62 ± 4.84 IU / L and there was a significant difference between ADA and studied groups (p = 0.008). Also, in the present study, the amount of Cutoff Point was ADA in detecting TB meningitis with a sensitivity of 81.1% and specificity of 76.5%, equal to 9.68 IU.en_US
