The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Hydro alcoholic extract of Chubak plant on testicular and spermatogenesis in rats. Material and Methods: In this experimental study, 12 male wistar rats were used that randomly divided into 2 groups (n=6). Group1; sham: that intake normal saline recipient for 8 weeks; group 2; experimental group that received a hydrochloric extract of Acanthophyllum 100 mg / kg daily for 8 weeks. At the end of experimental period the testicles and epididymis was removed, then the testis tissue was fixed by formalin 10% for histological study and sperm parameters and antioxidant capacity of the sperm were examined. Results: The results of this study showed that hydroalcholic extract of Acanthophyllum increased the antioxidant capacity of the sperm, sperm count and sperm count with normal and mobile morphology. Also, extract did not cause significant changes in testicular tissue structure.but the mean of johunson score (MJS) and seminiferous tubol diameters was significantly increased compared to sham group.en_US
