dc.description.abstractDental occlusion is key point for proper maxillofacial reconstruction. In this way nasal airway management is extremely important for both oral and maxillofacial surgeons and anesthesiologists. We report a challenging case with severe maxillofacial trauma and nasal obstruction that it managed with a novel anesthetic - surgical procedure.
