Abstract
Lmo2 is a LIM-only protein involved in hematopoiesis and the development of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. Here we report backbone and side chain NMR assignments for an engineered intramolecular complex of the C-terminal LIM domain from Lmo2 tethered to the LIM interaction domain (LID) from LIM domain binding protein 1 (Ldb1). é 2010 Springer Science+Business Media B.V.
