dc.description.abstract | Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy, Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) rarely involves the central nervous system. Previously reported lesions in the spine were primary occurrences. We report a patient who developed presumed secondary symptomatic involvement of the spine five years following therapy for a primary intracranial RDD. | |
