dc.description.abstractDouble left anterior descending coronary artery originating from left main coronary stem and right coronary artery is a rare congenital coronary anomaly. In this case report, we are describing a patient with double left anterior descending coronary artery, one with normal origin, and the other originating from the right coronary artery. To the best of our knowledge, there are only a few reports resembling such case.
