dc.description.abstractThermosensetive poly(N-isoprpyl acrilamid)-based magnetic nanoparticles were synthesize by free radical polymerization of N-isopropylacrilamid (NIPPAMs) , methacrylic acid (MAA) , and vinyl pyrolidon (VP) in the persece of triethylenglycoldimethacrylate as crosslinking agent.The Fe3O4magnetic nanoparticls were prepared by chemical percipitation of Fe3O4 salts in the ratio of 12 under alkalin and inert condition.Thermosensitive crosslinked P(NIPAAM-maa-VP) copolymer were characterized by FT-IR and H-NMR .The pH and thermosensitive copolymer was used for perparation of drug_loaded magnetic nanoparticles,doxorubicin(DOX) was used as a typical anticancer drug.
