بررسی مروری اثرات آلفا لیپوئیک اسید به‌عنوان درمان جایگزین در بیماریهای سیستم عصبی مرکزی

Abstract

هدف این مطالعه مروری روایتی، بحث و بررسی در مورد خواص بیوشیمیایی آلفالیپوئیک اسید، مکانیسم عمل، فارماکوکینتیک و نقش درمانی احتمالی آن در بیماریهای سیستم عصبی میباشد.کلیه منابع و مطالعات انجام‌شده به زبان انگلیسی و فارسی درزمین لیپوئیک اسید و انواع بیماریهای سیستم عصبی مرکزی از پایگاه‌های داده Ebsco، Medline (از طریق Pubmed)، Scopus، ProQuest، ISI web of knowledge ، Google Scholar، SID، IranDoc، IranMedexو Magiran از ابتدا تا ژوئن سال 2017 جمع‌آوری و موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. مقالات به زبان فارسی ترجمه و موارد موردبحث در مقالات و یافته‌های آن از دید نگارندگان استخراج و نتایج در این پژوهش بهره‌گیریشد.مطالعات مختلف اثرات آنتیاکسیدانی، ضدالتهابی، شلاته کننده فلزات و نقش سیگنالینگ آلفالیپوئیک اسید دربیماریهای عصبی نظیر آلزایمر، بیماری پارکینسون، مالتیپل اسکلروزیس، سکته، آسیب ضایعه نخاعی، اسکلروز جانبی آمیوتروفیک و هانتینگتون را نشان میدهند. اثرات مثبت آن در پیشگیری از وخامت وضعیت و درمان بیماری دیده‌شده است، ولی دوز مؤثر و طول درمان مورداستفاده متغیر میباشد., Therefore, The purpose of the review is to discuss the literature on the biochemical properties of alpha-lipoic acid and their mechanism of action, pharmacokinetics and the potential therapeutic role in central nervous system disease.All sources and studies done in English and Persian on the territory of the central nervous system of the central nervous system from the databases Ebsco, Medline (through Pubmed), Scopus, ProQuest, ISI web of knowledge, Google Scholar, SID, Iran Doc, Iran Medex and Magiran have been collected and reviewed since the beginning of June 2017. The articles were translated into Persian and the items discussed in the articles and its findings were extracted from the viewpoint of the authors and the results were used in this research. Different studies have shown antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and role in signaling of alpha-lipoic acid, as in various studies on neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, Spinal cord injury, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and Huntington have been shown to have a positive effect on preventing the deterioration of the condition and treatment of the disease, but the effective dose and the length of treatment used are variable.
