مقایسه سطح بیان ژنهایTIEG1 و SMAD7 در نمونه های بیوپسی تومور و حاشیه تومور در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان

Abstract

هدف ازاین مطالعه، مقایسه سطح بیان ژنهایTIEG1 و SMAD7 در نمونه های بیوپسی تومور و حاشیه تومور در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان می باشد.برای این منظور 40 نمونه توموری و 40 نمونه کناری سالم مربوطه از طریق جراحی جمع آوری شد. سطح بیان mRNA ژنهای SMAD7وKLF10 در نمونه¬های توموری و حاشیه توموری با استفاده Real time PCR اندازه¬گیری شد.نتایج نشان دادند که، مقایسه هر کدام از ژنهای SMAD7وKLF10به تنهایی برای افتراق تومور از حاشیه تومور مناسب نیستند، اما آنالیز نسبت این دو ژن یعنی SMAD7/KLF10 ، بسیار بهتر از آنالیز یک ژن به تنهایی تومور را از حاشیه تومور افتراق می دهد., Here we examine expression of KLF10 and SMAD7 in order to find expression patterns of these two genes that may be use afterward for diagnostic, prognostic, staging or therapeutic targets. For this purpose,a total of 40 tumor and matched tumor-free margin samples were obtained during surgery.The SMAD7 and KLF10 mRNA expression levels in tumor and marginal samples were examined by real-time quantitative PCR. Results are showed That, comparison of only SMAD7 or KLF10 is not useful for differentiating between tumor and margin cells, but ratio analysis of these two genes, SMAD7/KLF10, can be indicative than study of one gene alone.
