بررسی رشد و تکامل عصبی کودکان با سابقه جراحی انتروکولیت نکروزان

Abstract

هدف از این مطالعه بررسی رشد و تکامل عصبی کودکان مبتلا به NEC که تحت جراحی قررار گرفته اند میباشد.در یک مطالعه توصیفی شاهدی که در بیمارستان کودکان تبریز انجام شد تاثیر رشد و تکامل عصبی کودکان مبتلا به NEC که تحت جراحی قرار گرفته اند و مقایسه انها با گروه های شاهد بررسی شد.در مطالعه انجام شده کودکان مبتلا به NECمیانگین سن حاملگی4.8±31.83 هفته را داشتند، 53% از کودکان مبتلا به NEC جنسیت مونث و 47% آن ها را مذکرها شامل می شدندف در بدو تولد میانگین وزنی 778.3±0/1943گرم داشتندو میانگین قد بدو تولد6.7±40.36سانتی متر را داشتند،در بدو تولد میانگین دور سر3.9±31.05سانتی متر داشتند، در زمان مطالعه در محدوده سنی 12.41±36.63ماه و میانگین وزنی3.9±14.23کیلوگرم میانگین قدی9.95±91.86سانتیمترومیانگین دور سر1.8 ±46.43سانتی متر را دارا بودند., The aim of this study “Growth and neurodevelopment outcomes evaluation in surgically managed necrotizing enterocolitis”In a descriptive study in Tabriz Children's Hospital, the growth andneurodevelopment of children with surgically managed necrotizing enterocolitis and their comparison with control groups was investigated.In the study, children with necrotizing enterocolitis had an average gestational age of 4.8 ± 31.83 weeks, 53% of children with sexually transmitted necrotizing enterocolitis were female and 47% of them were male. At birth, weighting 1943 ±778.3 The average birth height was 40.36 ±6.7 cm, at the time of birth, the mean head circumference was 31.05 ± 3.9 cm, at the time of study, in the age range of 36.63 ± 12.41 months and the weighted average of 14.23±3.9 kg, average height of91.86 ±9.95 cm, and average head circumference of 46.43 ±1.8 cm.
