| dc.description.abstract | هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه نتایج اکوکاردیوگرافی 2D_Strainو اکوکاردیوگرافی Conventional در ارزیابی LV Systolic Function در بیماران با کانسر پستان تحت درمان با آنتراسیکلین ها است. در یک مطالعه تحلیلی آینده نگر که در دپ‍ارتمان کاردیولوژی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز از اسفند 1391 الی اردیبهشت 1394 بر روی بیماران مبتلا به کانسر پستان تحت کموتراپی با آنتراسیکلین ها انجام دادیم، نتایج اکوکاردیوگرافی 2D_Strainو اکوکاردیوگرافی Conventional در ارزیابی LV Systolic Function در بیماران با کانسر پستان تحت درمان با آنتراسیکلین ها را مورد بررسی قرار دادیم. یافته های اکوکاردیوگرافی Longitudinal 2D-Strain قبل و بعد از کموتراپی، بیانگر این است که بجز در سگمانBasal Anteroseptal (013/0=P) و all-Basal(031/0=P) که افت معنی داری در میزان strain(به کمتر از18%-) وجود داشت در سایر قسمت های مورد بررسی تفاوت معنی داری بعد از کموتراپی نسبت به قبل از آن وجود نداشت. در بررسی افت معنی¬دار strain(15%< Relative change of strain(reduction)) در یافته های اکوکاردیوگرافی Longitudinal 2D-Strain در GLPS-Avg ( Global)، در 8 مورد (7/12%) افت معنی دار(15%<) وجود داشت و در بررسی all-Apical در 18 مورد (6/28%)، all-Mid در 10 مورد (9/15%) و در all-Basal در 17 مورد (27%) افت معنی دار (15%<) وجود داشت. ,
The aim of this study was Comparison between 2D_Strain Echocardiography and Conventional Echocardiography to evaluate LV Systolic Function in Patients with Breast Cancer Receiving Anthracycline Chemotherapy.In a prospective and analytical study that performed in Cardiology department of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences on patients with Breast Cancer underwent chemotherapy with Anthracycline, The results of 2D_Strain Echocardiography and Conventional Echocardiography in evaluation of LV Systolic Function in Patients with Breast Cancer Receiving Anthracycline Chemotherapy evaluated.Results of Longitudinal 2D-Strain Echocardiography at before and after chemotherapy suggests that, except in Basal Anteroseptal (P=0.013) and all-Basal segments that found significant reduction in strain (>-18%), in other parts of the study, a significant difference was not found.In evaluation of significant reduction of strain (Relative change of strain (reduction)>15%) of Longitudinal 2D-Strain, in GLPS-avg(Global) in 8 cases(12.7%) significant reduction(>15%) was found.In all-Apical, in 18 cases (28.57%), all-Mid, in 10 cases (15.9%) and in all-Basalin 17 cases (27%) significant reduction (>15%) was found. | |
