نتایج درمان جراحی Consecutive Esotropia

Abstract

هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی نتایج درمان جراحی Consecutive Esotropia می باشد. این مطالعه به صورت گذشته نگر انجام شد تمامی بیمارانی که با تشخیص CET در طی سال‎های 1381 لغایت 1394 در بیمارستان نیکوکاری شهر تبریز تحت درمان قرار گرفته‎ بودند وارد مطالعه شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. بررسی و اطلاعات دموگرافیک شامل سن، جنس، مقدار انحراف قبل و بعد از عمل، طول مدت پیگیری و نوع عمل جراحی استخراج و مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت. تمام بیماران با CET برابر یا بیشتر از PD 15 تحت عمل جراحی اصلاحی قرار گرفتند.میانگین±انحراف معیار سنی بیماران مورد مطالعه 59/14±16 سال بود که بیشترین سن بیماران 42 سال و کمترین سن 6 سال بود. 40 درصد بیماران مبتلا به آمبلیوپی بودند. در بررسی میزان موفقیت بعد از انجام درمان برای بیماران 80 درصد بیماران درمان موفقیت آمیزی داشتند. 3 نفر از بیماران مورد مطالعه با پریسم درمان شدند، 4 مورد با Patching بهبودی یافتند، 9 مورد مبتلا به هیپراوپی خفیف بودند که با عینک درمان شدند و در نهایت 10 مورد نیاز به جراحی پیدا کردند. همچنین میانگین انحراف ET بعد از عمل کمتر از قبل عمل است و این تفاوت معنادار است. , Strabismus said to be any deviation of eye from the normal direction. Although the prevalence of this disease in Iran is unknown, Although there is disagreement about the appropriate age of strabismus correction surgery. But the onset of the disease and the treatment of this disease is of great importance. Untreated strabismus are the most common causes of Amblyopia. Therefore, we evaluated the results of surgical treatment CET at the Nikookari center.Method: This retrospective study was conducted in Tabriz Nikookari Hospital. All patients during the years 1381 until 1394 under went of CET in NikooKari Hospital of Tabriz were enrolled in the study and were examined. Evaluation of demographic information such as age, sex, amount of deviation before and after surgery and surgery during follow-up were extracted and analyzed. All patients underwent surgery with CET is equal to or greater than the 15 PD were amended.Results: The mean ± SD age of the patients was 16 ± 14.59 years. The maximum age of the patients was 42 years and the minimum age of 6 years.40% of patients had amblyopia.The success rate after treatment for patients 80% of patients had successful treatment.The mean deviation ET after surgery was lesser than before surgery, and this difference was significant .
