ارزیابیDNA باكتریهای پورفیروموناس ژنژیوالیس در مایع مفصل بیماران آرتریت روماتوئید

Abstract

هدف این مطالعه جست وجوی رابطه بین حضور DNA پورفیروموناس ژنژیوالیس در مایع مفصلی و آرتریت روماتوئید است. نمونه های گرفته شده از بیمارستان امام رضا شهر تبریز از تاریخ مهر ماه 1394 تا خرداد 1395 از مایع مفصلی 22 بیمار دچار آرتریت روماتوئید و 20 بیمار بدون علایم و فاقد روماتیسم جمع گردید، درنهایت، 42 بیمار مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای پیدا کردن DNA پورفیروموناس ژنژیوالیس از روش PCR در Real-time (RT-PCR) استفاده شد. DNA پورفیروموناس ژنژیوالیس در 3 بیمار از 22 بیمار (6/13درصد) آرتریت روماتوئیدی شناسایی شد، اما ارتباط معنی داری بین حضور DNA باکتری پورفیروموناس ژنژیوالیس و آرتریت روماتوئید وجود نداشت (Pv>0.05)., This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the presence of Porphyromonas gingivalis DNA in the synovial fluid and rheumatoid arthritis. The synovial fluid samples were collected from 22 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and 20 patients with not suffering from rheumatism, overall 42 patients were investigated. The presence of P. gingivalis DNA was evaluated bythe real-time PCR method.There was a significant relationship between rheumatoid arthritis and non-rheumatoid arthritis with the DNA number (Pv< 0.05). P. gingivalis DNA were detected in 3 of 20 (13.6%) rheumatoid arthritis patients, but there was no significant relationship between P. gingivalis DNA and rheumatoid arthritis (Pv> 0.05).
