| dc.description.abstract | جزیره بیماریزایی cag (CagPAI) یکی از عوامل مهم بیماریزایی هلیکوباکتر پیلوری است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی ارتباط وجود ژن های tnpA ، tnpB و cagAبا بیماری های مختلف در شهر تبریز بود.روش كار: تعداد 362 نمونه بیوپسی معده از بیمارستان های امام رضا (ع) و شهید مدنی تبریز اخذ و در محیط اختصاصی بروسلا آگار کشت داده شد. ژن های tnpA ، tnpB و cagAبا استفاده از روش PCR مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: از مجموع 264 هلیکوباکتر پیلوری جدا شده از بیماران، ژنهای tnpA ، tnpB و cagA بترتیب در 56 (21.2%)، 120 (45.5%) و 172 (65.2%) از بیماران شناسایی شدند. ارتباط آماری معنی داری بین وجود ژن های ژن های tnpA و tnpB با پیامدهای بالینی (زخم معده، زخم دوازدهه، ورم معده و سرطان معده) مشاهده شد (P< 0.05)، اما ارتباط آماری معنی دار بین وجود ژن cagA با پیامدهای بالینی مشاهده نشد.,
The cag (cytotoxin-associated gene)pathogenicity island (cagPAI) is one of the major virulence determinants of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori). The purpose of this study was to investigate the association of the three genes (tnpA, tnpB, and cagA) in H.pylori isolated from Azerbaijani patients with the different gastrointestinal disease.Materials and methods: A total of 362 gastric biopsies were collected from hospitals of Tabriz (Imam Reza and Shahid madani), and were cultured on Brucella agar. The tnpA, tnpB, and cagA genes were detected by PCR. Results: Of the total 264 H.pylori isolates, tnpA, tnpB, and cagA genes were detected in 120 (45.5%), 56 (21.2%) and 172 (65.2%) isolates, respectively. A significant association between tnpA and tnpB genes and clinical outcomes (gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastric cancer and chronic gastritis) were found (P < 0.05). The cagA status was not related to clinical outcomes in our subjects. | |
