| dc.description.abstract | هدف مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی سطوح سرمی فاکتور رشد فیبروبلاستی 23 (FGF-23) و فاکتور مشابه نکروز دهنده و القا کننده ضعیف آپوپتوز (sTWEAK) بعنوان بیومارکر آترواسکلروز و بیماریهای قلبی - عروقی و ارتباط آنها با اینترلوکین 6 در بیماران همودیالیز و پیوند کلیه می-باشد.روش¬ها : نمونه های سرمی از 30 بیمار همودیالیز و 30 بیمار پیوند کلیه و نیز 30 نفر فرد نرمال به عنوان گروه کنترل جمع آوری گردید . سطوح سرمی sTWEAK ، FGF-23 و اینترلوکین 6 با استفاده از روشهای استاندارد اندازه گیری شد.یافته¬ها : مقادیر سرمی sTWEAK در گروه پیوند کلیه به طور معنی¬داری (025/0p=) ng/ml(2546-9/168)5/734 بالاتر از بیماران همودیالیز ng/ml(1271-2/115)8/598 بود و هر دو گروه به طور معنی داری (05/0>p) کمتر از گروه کنترلng/ml (3950-6/508)5/893 بودند. مقادیر سرمی FGF-23 در بیماران همودیالیز pg/ml(2326-2/269)7/460 به طور معنی داری (001/0p=) بالاتر از پیوند کلیه pg/ml(1494-200)3/297 و به طور معنی داری (05/0>p) بالاتر از کنترل pg/ml(5/422-9/86)4/236 بود. میانگین سرمی اینترلوکین-6 در بیماران همودیالیزی pg/ml(380-6/5)15/29 به طور معنی دار (013/0p=) بالاتر از گروه پیوند کلیه pg/ml(318-2/4)5/16و به طور معنی¬دار(001/0p=) بالاتر از گروه کنترلpg/ml(2/97-1/2)3/9 بود. در گروه همودیالیز همبستگی منفی معنی داری بین FGF-23 و sTWEAK (041/0=p 375/0- =r) مشاهده شد و نیز همبستگی بین FGF-23 و اینترلوکین6 (007/0=p 480/0 =r) و همبستگی منفی معنی داری بین اینترلوکین-6 و FGF-23 (025/0=p 409/0- =r) مشاهده شد.,
We aimed to evaluate the changes in serum levels of fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF-23) and soluble tumor necrosis factor like weak inducer of apoptosis (sTWEAK), as biomarkers of atherosclerosis, and cardiovascular outcome and their correlation with IL-6 in the hemodialysis (HD) patients and renal transplant recipients (RTR).Methods: Our study included 30 chronic HD patients, 30 RTRs and 30 normal controls. Biochemical factors, sTWEAK, FGF-23, Interlukin-6 (IL-6) were determined by standard methods.Results: We found that serum levels of sTWEAK in RTR were significantly (p=0.025) (734.5(168.9-2546))ng/ml higher than those in the HD patients(598.8(115.2-1271))ng/ml and both groups had significantly (p<0.05) lower sTWEAK levels than controls(893.5(508.6-3950))ng/ml. Serum levels of FGF-23 in HD patients (460.7(269.2-2326))pg/ml were significantly (p=0.01) higher than those in the RTR (297.3(200-1494))pg/ml and in both groups were higher than those in controls (236.4(86.9-422.5))pg/ml (p<0.05). The mean serum levels of IL-6 in HD(29.15(5.6-380))pg/ml was significantly (p=0.013) higher than that in RTR patients(16.5(4.2-318))pg/ml. IL-6 levels in both groups were significantly (p<0.05) higher than those in controls(9.3(2.1-97.2))pg/ml. In HD group a negative correlation was found between FGF-23 and sTWEAK (r=- 0.375, p=0.041), also a significant correlation was seen between FGF-23 and IL-6 (r= 0.480, p=0.007) and a significant negative correlation was found between IL-6 and sTWEAK (r= - 0.409, p=0.025). | |
