| dc.description.abstract | هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین اپیدمیولوژى مسمومیت با ترامادول در بیماران مراجعه كننده به مركز مسمومیتهاى شمالغرب كشوردر سالهای 1392و1393 می باشد.مطالعه حاضر که از نوع توصیفی-مقطعی بود بر روی کلیه بیمارانی که از اول فروردین لغایت آخر اسفند ماه به مركز مسمومیتهاى شمالغرب كشور مراجعه كرده‌اند انجام شد. اطلاعات شامل سن، جنس، وضعیت تاهل، علت مسمومیت، دوز مصرفى، تعداد روز‌هاى بسترى و وضعیت مرگ و میر بیماران بود که از روی پرونده‌های بیماران جمع‌آورى گردید. به طور کلی 94 بیمار مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند که از این میان، 4/90 % مرد و 6/9 % زن،66% مجرد و 34% متاهل بودند. میانگین سنی 55/6±25 بود. 8/12 % موارد با هدف خودکشی دست به مصرف تراماول زده بودند.با افزایش سن، نسبت موارد مصرف با هدف خودکشی افزایش یافته بود (037/0P=).میانگین دوز مصرف شده 1577±1420 میلیگرم بود. همچنین در بیمارانی که با هدف خودکشی ترامادول مصرف کرده بودند میانگین دوز مصرفی و میزان بستری در بیمارستان بیشتر بود (0.000P=). از طرفی بین دوز مصرفی و تعداد روزهای بستری در بیمارستان نیز ارتباط وجود داشت (620,R2=0.000P=),
Goal: Determining the epidemiology of poisoning with Tramadol in patients referred to the northwest poisoning center of the country between 2013and 2014.Materials and methods:The cross-sectional study was carried out on all patientsreferred to the northwest poisoning center of the country between 2013 and 2014.Data including age, sex, marital status, cause of poisoning, dosage, and duration of hospitalization and mortality rate of patients were collected from patient records.Results:In general 94 patients were studied,90.4% were male and 9.6% of patients were female, 66% were single and 34% were married.The mean age was 25±6.55.12.8% of the tramadol had been used to commit suicide.The consumption for the purpose of suicide had increased with increasing age (P = 0.037).The mean dose was1420±1577 mg.Also, in patients whousedtramadol to commit suicide,average dose and duration of hospitalization was higher (P = 0.000).On the other handthere was correlation between dosage and number of hospitalization days(R2 = 620, P = 0.000). | |
