ارزیابی نتایج سونوگرافی تکمیلی در زنان با برست دنس در ماموگرافی غربالگری

Abstract

این مطالعه به بررسی نقش سونوگرافی مکمل پستان جهت غربالگری در زنان دنس برست در ماموگرافی می پردازد.این مطالعه مقطعی، در بیمارستان الزهرا در تبریز انجام گرفت. در این مطالعه خانم های بدون علامت و دنس برست که جهت غربالگری به این بیمارستان مراجعه کرده بودند ابتدا تحت ماموگرافی و سپس سونوگرافی قرار گرفتند. ارزیابی یافته های ماموگرافی و سونوگرافی بر اساس سیستم نمره دهی ACR، به نام BIRADS انجام گرفت و نتایج ماموگرافی و سونوگرافی با یکدیگر مقایسه گردیدند. در این مطالعه 330 خانم با میانگین سنی 47.6 سال وارد مطالعه شدند. با توجه به گزارش ماموگرافی، 65 نفر در BIRADS 0، 161 نفر در BIRADS I، 102 نفر در BIRADS II و دو نفر در BIRADS IV قرار گرفتند. نتایج سونوگرافی در BIRADS I,II مشابه با ماموگرافی بود. از 65 موردی که در BIRADS 0 قرار گرفتند، 10 مورد مشکوک به بدخیمی شناخته شدند. نتایج نهایی بیوپسی نشان داد که 30% از 10مورد توده بدخیم هستند., This study evaluates the role of supplementary breast ultrasound screening in women with dense mammograms.A cross-sectional study was performed in Tabriz AL Zahra hospital. Asymptomatic women who referred for screening with dense mammograms underwent supplementary ultrasonography screening for breast cancer. Mammography and sonography assessment was categorized as ACR BIRADS system. The final results of mammography BIRADS and sonography BIRADS were compared.Three hundred and thirty women with mean age of 47.6 years were enrolled into the study. According to the report of mammography, 65 of them were categorized in BIRADS 0, 161 in BIRADS I, 102 in BIRADS II and 2 in BIRADS IV. The sonography reports were similar to mammography in BIRADS I and II. Among 65 lesions with BIRADS 0, 10 were suspected as malignant with sonography. The biopsy of the suspicious lesions showed the malignancy in 30% of them.
