مقایسه رفتار تکانشی و خصومت درافراد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی و اختلال دوقطبیII

Abstract

طبق یافته ها در بیماران مبتلا به BPD سطوح بالاتری از رفتار تکانشی و خصومت را نسبت به افراد غیرBPD در گروه های تشخیصی محور I، گزارش كرده اند.همچنین در مطالعه ای دیگر به این نتیجه دست یافته اند كه رفتار تکانشی بیماران BPD متمایز از بیماران دو قطبی II است.هدف: بررسی تفاوت مبتلایان به اختلال شخصیت مرزی و دوقطبی در مقیاس های پرخاشگری و تکانشگری.مواد و روش ها:مطالعه توصیفی از نوع در دسترس بوده و 117 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی (30 نفر) و اختلال دو قطبی II (87 نفر) انتخاب و پرسشنامه های پرخاشگری باس و پری و نیز پرسشنامه تکانشگری بارات را تکمیل نمودند. داده های به دست آمده در SPSS 20 و با استفاده از T test مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته و نتایج به دست آمد در سطح P<0.05 معنی دار تلقی شدند.نتایج:مطالعه ما نشان داد که دو گروه در توجه و پیچیدگی شناختی از مقیاس های پرسشنامه تکانشگری بارات، خصومت و پرخاشگری بدنی و همچنین نمره کل پرسشنامه پرخاشگری و خصومت باس و پری دارای تفاوت معنی داری هستند که میزان نمرات بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی در مقیاس های یاد شده بالاتر از گروه اختلال شخصیت مرزی می باشد. همچنین در مابقی متغیرهای تحت بررسی نمرات گروه دوقطبی بالاتر از گروه شخصیت مرزی می باشند اما به سطح معنی دار نمی رسند., Studies suggest that BPD patients with higher levels of impulsive behavior and hostility than those without BPD in diagnostic axis I, have been reported. In another study concluded that patients with BPD impulsive behavior is distinct from patients with bipolar II. Purpose: To study the differences of borderline personality disorder and bipolar II disorder in Aggression and Impulsivityscales.Materials and methods: The study is descriptive and available type that 117 patients with diagnosis of borderline personality disorder (30 patients) and bipolar disorder II (87 patients) were selected.The Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire and the Barratt Impulsiveness Questionnaire were completed. The obtained data analyzed useing SPSS 20 and T test.and the results obtained at the level of P <0.05 were considered significant.Results: Our study showed that the two groups has significant differences in attention and cognitive complexity of the Barratt Impulsiveness Scale questionnaire, hostility and physical aggression and hostility Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire total score and that the BMD`s Scores are above in this Scales. As well as in the rest of the variables that BMD has Higher score but did not reach statistical significance.
