| dc.description.abstract | قصور پزشکی یکی از مشکلات شایع سیستم های بهداشتی در سرتاسر جهان میباشد، و بیهوشی نیز یکی از رشته های پزشکی خطیر و پر مسئولیت در زمینه درمان بیماران می باشد. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر؛ بررسی علل و پیامدهای موارد قصور پزشکی مربوط به بیهوشی در استان آذربایجانشرقی از سال 1382 تا 1392می باشد.مواد و روشهادر یک مطالعه توصیفی گذشته نگر، پرونده های مربوط به شکایت های انجام شده بر علیه متخصصین بیهوشی در بازه زمانی 1382 تا 1392 در مرکز پزشکی قانونی و سازمان نظام پزشکی تبریز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اطلاعات شغلی پزشکان، نوع عمل جراحی، داده های دموگرافیک بیماران، نوع آسیب وارده، بیماری های زمینه ای بیماران، و نتیجه نهایی گزارش پزشکی قانونی، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایجدر میان 216 پرونده ی تشکیل شده در طی سال های 1382 تا 1392در مرکز دادگستری استان آذربایجان شرقی ، 16 پرونده شکایت بر علیه متخصصین بیهوشی وجود داشت که تقریباً 7.4 را شامل می شود . در میان 16 پرونده مورد بررسی، 6 مورد (37.5%) مرگ وجود داشت. سهل انگاری و قصور پزشک در 7 مورد (43.8%)، بیماری زمینه ای در 5 مورد (31.3%)، و آسیب مکانیکی در 3 مورد (18.8%) به ترتیب شایعترین علل ایجاد آسیب منجر به شکایت بودند. در نهایت 9 نفر از پزشکان (62.5%) مورد برائت قرار گرفتند.,
Medical negligence is a common problem of health systems all over the world and anesthesiology is one of the critical medical specialties in treating patients. The aim of present study is to evaluate of causes and outcomes of anesthesia related medical negligence from 2003 to 2013 in East Azerbaijan.Methods & Materials:In a retrospective descriptive study, records which include complaints made against anesthesiologists from 2003 to 2013 in Forensic Medicine Center of Medical Council of Tabriz were evaluated. Occupational information of physicians, type of surgery, demographic information of patients, type of damage, underlying comorbidities of patients, and final results of forensic reports, were studied. Results:Among the 216 records which reviewed from 2003 to 2013 in east Azerbaijan justic center, there were 16 records complaints against anesthesiologists which include 7.4%. In 16 evaluated cases, there were 6 (37.5%) cases of death. Medical malpractice & negligence of physicians in 7 cases (43.8%), underlying disease in 5 cases (31.3%), and mechanical injury in 3 cases (18.8%) were the most common cause of damage respectively. Finally 9 physicians (62.5%) were acquitted. | |
