| dc.description.abstract | هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی ارتباط ایندکس حساسیت تخمدانی و میزان لانه گزینی جنین با نسبت PLGF/Sflt1 و سطح sRAGE مایع فولیکولی در زنان تحت درمان با روش های کمک باروری(A.R.T.) می باشد. در یک مطالعه ی مقطعی-مقایسه ای, 90 زن که تحت درمان با ICSI بودند, انتخاب و بر اساس OSI تقسیم بندی شدند. پارامتر های خروجی ICSI برای هر بیمار ارزیابی شده و سطوح مایع فولیکولار گیرنده ی محلول محصولات انتهایی گلیکاسیون پیشرفته ,(sRAGE) تیروزین کیناز محلول شبه fms-1 (sFlt-1) و فاکتور رشد جفتی (PlGF) با استفاده از کیت های تجاری الایزا مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت.سطوح مایع فولیکولار sRAGE و نسبت PlGF/sFlt-1 در زنان پاسخ دهنده ی شدید از نظر آماری بیش از سایر زنان بود .(p<0.05) همبستگی های مثبتی بین sRAGE با ,OSIتعداد فولیکول ها و تخمک ها بدست آمد. سطوح sRAGE با حد مرزی ng/ml 83/4 برای ارزیابی وقوع حاملگی حساسیت و ویژگی به ترتیب % 8/81 و% 7/60 نشان داد. علاوه بر آن, بین نسبت PlGF/sFlt-1 و تعداد جنین, تخمک و OSI همبستگی مشاهده شد.,
Considering potential roles of soluble receptor for advanced glycation end products (sRAGE) and placental growth factor (PlGF) in ovarian function and embryo implantation, in the present study we have evaluated the association of these factors and also PlGF/sFlt-1 ratio with the ovarian response and implantation rate by dividing patients according to the OSI. In a cross-sectional study, 90 infertile women who were undergoing ICSI cycle using long protocol were recruited. The patients were divided according to ovarian sensitivity index (OSI). ICSI cycle outcomes were evaluated for each patient and PlGF, sFlt-1 and sRAGE levels of follicular fluid were assayed using commercial ELISA kits. Follicular fluid (FF) sRAGE levels and PlGF/sFlt-1 ratio were statistically greater in high-responder women than other responders (p<0.05). Positive correlations were obtained between sRAGE level with the number of oocytes, follicles and OSI level. sRAGE levels with cutoff value of 4.83 ng/ml for evaluating the pregnancy outcome showed 81.8% sensitivity and 60.7% specificity. Furthermore, there were positive associations between PlGF/sFlt-1 ratio with the number of oocytes, embryos and OSI level. | |
