| dc.description.abstract | هدف این مطالعه بررسی همبستگی سطح سرمی sTWEAK وپلی مورفیسم Apa1گیرنده ویتامین D با IMT در بیماران همودیالیز میباشد.در این مطالعه پس از معاینه بیماران توسط نفرولوژیست و رعایت معیارهای ورود و خروج مطالعه، تعداد50 بیمار و39 کنترل انتخاب و خونگیری از آنها در حالت ناشتا جهت انجام تمامی آزمایشات بیوشیمیایی خون ( ca، Ph ، Alk-p بروش فتومتری) ، ارزیابی ویتامین D، iPTH، sTWEAK (بروش الایزا) و پلی مورفیسم ویتامین D در ApaI(بروش (PCR-RFLP) ، اندازه گیری ضخامت عروق گردنی (IMT) توسط دستگاه اولتراسونوگرافی از بیماران و گروه کنترل صورت گرفت . تمامی اطلاعات بیماران اعم از دموگرافیک، طول مدت ابتلاء و مصارف داروئی در چک لیست‌های مجزا آورده شده و با ارائه کد برای هر بیمار به صورت محرمانه ثبت و جمع آوری گردید. از کل افراد مورد مطالعه، میانگین رده سنی بیماران 93/14± 06/52 سال و کنترل 48/8±44/48 سال(18/0P =) گزارش شد . میانگین سرمی ویتامین D نسبت به کنترل کاهش معنادار (001/0P=) ، هورمون iPTH نسبت به کنترل افزایش معنادار (001/0P=)، sTWEAK با افزایش معنادار نسبت به کنترل(006/0P=)، میانگین IMT با افزایش معنادار (001/0P=) در بیماران نسبت به گروه کنترل گزارش شد. همچنین اختلاف معنی داری(032/0P=) در ژنوتیپ های Apa1 گیرنده ویتامین D بین گروه کنترل و بیماران دیده شد.,
The aim of this study was to evaluate the correlation between serum levels of sTWEAK and Apa1 gene polymorphism of vitamin D receptor with IMT in hemodialysis patients. In this study, after examination of the patients by nephrologists and observing the criteria for entry and exit of the study, 50 patients and 39 controls were selected and blood samples taken from them in fasting state for all biochemical tests of blood (Ca, Ph , Alk-p photometric test) The evaluation of vitamin D, iPTH, sTWEAK (ELISA) and vitamin D gene polymorphism in ApaI (PCR-RFLP), cervical vessel thickness measurement (IMT) were performed by ultrasonographic apparatus of patients and control group. All patient data the demographics, the duration of the disease and the use of the drug in the separate checklist at the end of the proposal, by providing the code for Each patient was surreptitiously recorded and collected. The mean age of the patients was 52.66 ± 14.9 years and the control was 48.44 ± 8.48 years (P = 0.18). The mean serum vitamin D level was significantly lower than control (P =0.001) and the iPTH increased significantly (P = 0.001), sTWEAK with a significant increase compared to control (P = 0.006), mean IMT with significant increase( P = 0.001) was reported in patients compared to control group. Also , there was a significant difference (P = 0.032) among APA1 genotypes of vitamin D receptors between control and patients. | |
