ارتباط بین تراکم ماست سل ها و پیش آگهی سرطان پروستات

Abstract

ماست سل ها از جمله سلول هایی هستند که می توانند به عنوان هدف داروهای شیمی درمانی اختصاصی در کانسرهای توپر باشند و کانسر پروستات یکی از این کانسر ها می باشد. هـدف ما در این مـطالعه بررسی ارتباط بین تراکـم ماست سل ها وفاکتورهای پیش آگهی در نمـونه های جـراحی شده ی سرطان پروستات می باشد.مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی تحلیلی مقطعی که بر روی بیماران مبتلا به کانسر پروستات که تحت عمل جراحی پروستاتکتومی در مـرکز تحقیقاتی درمانی امام رضا در بین سال های 91-89 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در ادامه اطلاعات این بیماران از جمله شرح حال،PSA قبل از جراحی و Staging حین عمل از پرونده آنها استخراج و وارد چک لیست هایی گردید. سپس نمونه های این بیماران از پخش پاتولوژی استخراج شد و تحت بررسی از جهت گلیسون اسکور و تراکم ماست سل ها قرار گرفت.نتایج: در این مطالعه میانگین سنی بیماران 94/9 ± 2/59 سال و 30 درصد دارای گلیسون اسکور 7 بودند. میانگین PSA قبل عمل بیماران 19/8 ± 33/21 بود. میانگین تراکم ماست سل در بررسی پاتولوژی بیماران 15/6 ± 13/12 سلول بود و با افزایش گلیسون اسکور تراکم ماست سل افزایش یافت ولی با سن، سطح PSA و Stage بیماران ارتباطی مشاهده نشد. همچنین شایع ترین Stage بیماران T2b در 50 درصد بیماران بود., Mast cells, including cells that can be used as target of specific chemotherapy agents in solid cancers and prostate cancer is one of the cancer. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the density of mast cells and prognostic factors in samples of prostate cancer surgery.Materials and methods: Cross-sectional study on patients with prostate cancer who underwent prostatectomy surgery in Imam Reza Hospital Research Center between 2010-12 years were examined. The mean preoperative PSA was 21.33±8.19 patients. The average density of mast cells in patients pathology review had 12.13±6.15cells and with increasing Gleason score increased mast cell density, but with age, PSA level and Stage of disease was observed. The most common Stage T2b patients in 50% of patients.
